I saw a Jaguar F-Type for sale and put my car up for sale so I could get the Jaguar. Completely Coincidentally Junction 17 actually reached out to me about buying my car! We agreed on a part exchange and I was happy for the price that I was offered for my car. I dealt with Charlie who was excellent it was a shame he wasn't there when I went to collect the car. The other salesman who was there stepping in wasn't exactly amenable I will say. ANother thing was the car didn't come with a V5 so I did have to pay to get a V62 and sort that out myself which is why I would rate a 4 not a 5. However I am very happy with the car itself and praise to Charlie for his service.

The range rover sport I purchased from Junction 17 has been alright, not too bad. Overall it was easy to get sorted out and Luke who dealt with me was laid back throughout.

Just fancied a change in car and went with the Porsche Cayenne, which we bought back in January. Great car and no complaints. Good customer service and everyone was helpful. No reason not to give it a 5.

The reason for the new car was that I wanted a Stinger. I found the one advertised at Junction 17 on Autotrader. I thought the guys at the dealership were easy enough to talk to and answered all the questions and gave me all the relevant information that I needed. I'd give them a solid 4 and would recommend

I have been getting on well with the car since the purchase. I came across Junction 17 on Auto Trader whilst specifically looking for the BMW 3 Series. I thought the customer service was really good, and the salesman took me for a test drive, and I would recommend the dealership to others.

Junction 17 made it as smooth as they could have for me, the guy down at the garage was excellent. to be honest it was the Audi itself that bought me to Junction 17 because of the price as well. I went to go see it and it was very smooth and straight to the old gun no problems they made it as smooth as they could. five stars couldn’t have went better.

The deal went smoothly however the MOT had not been done and this is against trading standards and should not be allowed to take place. Could have had the car taken from me on the drive home due to it having no MOT from the garage.

There is always room for improvement but overall, I have had no issues all positive I have nothing bad to report. The customer service was really good I was dealt with quite quickly I knew that I wanted a BMW and they catered to me so no complaints.

The service at Junction 17 was really good in the end aha, I took it back to get an oil change, and the plug was not put in right, and it was leaking but I sent it back and they sorted it out really fast and in the end it was lovely. The Porsche is currently in Bulgaria at the moment but it’s a lovely car.

It was a straight forward process with junction 17. They took the Seat in as a part ex and highlighted any issues with the car. It was going to take 3 days to get the part so agreed to knock money off for that. I test drove it in the morning, went through the paperwork and got on the road pretty much straight away. Luke was spot on, helped me out with the v5 and just made it a quick experience.
