All good. I saw the car on Autotrader, I’m happy with the experience.

I needed a different kind of car so looked on AutoTrader and found a Kia I liked. It was a very fast, efficient process. I don’t give out five stars but I’m happy with the car.

My experience with North West Trade Centre was very good, I knew as soon as I bought the car it needed new wheel bearings so I put them in and the Skoda is running very well, there was a issue where they lost the keys for some time, but they we’re very pleasant and kept me in touch whilst they were looking for them, I’d absolutely recommend them

My daughter was in a minor accident and wrote her previous car off, so we needed one that had a MOT on it and was ready to get straight on the road, the guy we dealt with was really helpful. The car was sold as seen so we had to replace the wheel bearings but other than that its spot on, we’re really pleased. Everyone at the dealership was really helpful, they helped us look at cars that basically fit our needs, we went slightly over our budget but I’m happy we got the right car! I’ve already recommended them to my friends!

Very happy with the car. The sale partner was good. Had to wait to get the car as the valeters were running behind but other than that it was ok. The process went pretty smooth, I would recommend them.

I’m getting on really well with my Mini, its all perfect. I saw the car on Autotrader and found the dealership to be an overall good experience and the car salesman Mike was nice and helpful.

I was driving past as spotted the van which had less mileage than others and was a good price. I would rather go local incase I have an issue. There was some confusion with the finance option so I paid cash. The manager was very accommodating to get a deal done. Can't fault the manager for coming over with jump leads when I had a battery issue after taking the van away. They were spot on to deal with.

The car is absolutely fine. I found some good cars on their website so I thought I’d come have a look and found a Fiesta I liked. North West Trade Centre’s customer service is really good. I gave 4 stars as I don't give out full marks. but Stuart was perfect. He got everything sorted out for me proper quickly.

I’ve had lots of Fords before, they are cheap and cheerful. I looked at one at the Preston site but chose one at the Lancaster site instead. Pawel was very nice and helpful, not pushy.
