I bought a Nissan Qashqai from Northwest Trade Center and overall I’m really happy with it. The car has been absolutely bang on and I love it. It’s a nice upgrade from my previous one and much more comfortable, which was exactly what I was after. I did have an issue where a suspension coil snapped when coming out of a parking space, but I understand that’s more wear and tear and something that can happen on any car. The experience at the dealership was spot on. Everything was straightforward and a pleasure to deal with. Nick kept me up to date throughout, especially when there was a delay due to the MOT, and he talked me through everything and got it sorted. The other staff member I dealt with on collection was just as helpful. I’d rate my experience around 4.5 stars.

5, good customer service and helpful

Everything was alright when I was at the North West Trader Centre, no complaints regarding the salesman. I would have liked for the car to be valeted more, that's only a small thing more, but still, I give 5 stars.

I’m really happy with how things turned out. The car itself is fine and I’ve been enjoying it. The experience at the dealership was good overall. Nikos was brilliant and really helpful throughout. There was also an issue with the finance I’d arranged elsewhere, but they sorted me out on their own system quickly and it was all done within minutes.

When I initially spoke to someone on the phone, a price was agreed upon, and when I got there, the salesman wasn't there, so I had to pay full price, which was the only downside. Although when I got to the dealership, all the lads were spot on, and everything was great. 4 stars.

The BMW 3 series did go back and has been returned due to an issues they got it sent straight to the main dealer, as there was a repair that needed doing, but with that being said, Northwest Trade Centre were belting. They gave me a courtesy car straight away whilst trying to find me an alternative. Kieran was top, I couldn't fault him at all, and I'd still give them full marks.

I found Northwest Trade Centre online and travelled down with my friend from Scotland. Stuart gave really good customer service, and I'd recommend it to everyone. My new Nissan Qashqai has been good as well.

I'll give it a four because the steering rack creaks when turning. Otherwise, I'm happy with everything so far.

The Ford Fiesta has been brilliant. My mum found the car online, I think it was Autotrader. When we went to the dealership, the customer service was great, everyone was nice and friendly. There wasn't anything that they could improve on, so it is full marks.

I found the Northwest Trade Centre on the internet. When I came across the Fiat 500, it has been fine. Jake was helpful. I would recommend it to others who are looking to buy a car.
