All good with the Rav4 from North West Trade Centre, there was a slight dilemma at first with the exhaust, but since it's been fixed, everything has been fine

Dealership was alright. We were looking on Autotrader and found the car so went to see it. We had a disagreement but we agreed amicably. When we got it home we heard a noise from the wheels so we went back to speak to the manager and now we don’t have any problems.

Harry, who I dealt with when buying my BMW 2 series, was excellent, he gave me confidence in the car and the dealership. He provided all the information I needed and wasn't too pushy. i would recommend North west Trade centre but more improtantly i'd recommened Harry

My experience buying the Land Rover from North West Trade Centre was good, i do feel they could have communicated better. However, Connor who we dealt with was good and I'd use them again

I like the XC60 very much, it's been very good. There are a few small issues with the car, however those are getting fixed. I’m aware I was buying a car at a bargain price so I’m not too worried about the small little bits. Overall im quite satisfied with their performance and customer service. The whole sales process went very well, I got no complaints and I’m quite peopled with the car at the moment.
