Good mix of decent cars in the showroom and the cars came with a good warranty package. It's going in for a repair to a wheel bearing but that is all being sorted which is grand. No messing around and service from Kieran has been great. Cracking!

The Skoda Fabia is generally a weekend car for me and I have just taken it up for a run to Scotland and it has been good. Everything was all smooth with the service I received and the salespeople seemed fine. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cheap motor.

We originally went to one of their other sites and they didn't have a car we wanted so drove over to North West Trade Centre Lancaster on the off chance and they had the Renault Clio. Ben was great, he was a really nice guy.

The prices at North West Trade Centre seemed to be a little bit cheaper than the ones around where I live. Jamie was a very nice person and the Renault Kadjar is very good, only thing is the process of getting the car could have been a little bit quicker.

Hopefully not too soon but I'd go back to North West Trade Centre. Stuart was real friendly, even though the battery was dead when I got the car they sorted it straight away for me and now the car is great. I chose them because they were local to me and word of mouth was that they were a good company.

I’m happy with the Peugeot and I’ve had no real problems with it apart from one little fault with the speedo. It seems to be showing a faster speed than I’m actually travelling, but I haven’t spoken to the dealership about it yet. I’m still getting used to the car because I’ve dropped down from a bigger three litre diesel to a 1.6, mainly because of the price of fuel and the cost of keeping my previous car on the road. Other than that, I’m enjoying it and I’m absolutely happy with the car. Jamie was the person I dealt with at North west Trade Centre and my experience with him was perfect. I’d absolutely recommend the dealership to others

The sale side of things was quite good, we dealt with Stuart who did all the paperwork, he was full of information. Only downside was that there was a hole in the pipe to the coolant which they agreed to repair but this took about a week to do.
