Communication was flawless and put my mind at rest throughout

The Kia Sportage has been great, it was the best value for money and closest to my location. There were a couple of things that needed to be done on the car that the dealership didn’t initially pick up on that caused a couple of delays when collecting the car, The Trade Centre has been great at getting them resolved. Ian and Jake both have been great and always got back to me.

Aiden was pretty quick during the sales process, in a matter of 30 minutes he explained pretty much everything and we managed to view the car. I’ve notice a slight issue with it when the weather got hot and the AC was not working as it needed re-gassing. There was a lso a bit of frustration on the final day when I was collecting the car as the reversing camera was not working reliably. The Kia Rio has been pretty ok apart from those two issues.

Professional. Answered all questions without difficulty. Wanted a little runner, it's perfect.

When we found the focus, we were just driving around in the Lancaster area looking for somewhere that sells cars. My partner chose the focus, it does a good job of getting me around, its been good for me. My experience at the Trade Centre was good.

The A4 Avant was the right car and the right price for me. I mainly dealt with Ben and also had some contact with Kieran and both were pleasant and helpful throughout the process. While communication could have been a little better at times, the overall experience was positive. When we initially drove two hours to collect the car it wasn't quite ready due to a notification being sent to the wrong number. However, the manager at North West Trade Centre was very helpful in resolving the situation, which was appreciated. Overall I'm happy with the car and the value it offered.

The Coras has been fine, it’s been to the mechanics on three occasions as it was missing a wheel nut and a spare tire. I have zero complaints about the dealership and Kieran’s customer service, he was a gentleman. The Corsa popped up on a search on Autotrader and when I contacted them over the phone they were great. Even though I have had some small issues with the car I will be coming back to the Trade Centre again.

Very quick and easy to deal with , they sorted out my new car tax and new log book while I was there.

Bit of a funny story really, I've actually not been able to drive it yet because I've just had a bit of problem getting insurance for it. My mom's been driving and says its all been good apart from the handbrake being a bit stiff. When buying the car we agreed for the dents to be pulled out and the car to be deep cleaned as the previous owner had a dog, in the end the dents were not pulled out and the car was not cleaned thoroughly. Aiden has been really good when we were speaking with him, overall he was just really good.

My experience at North West Trade Centre was, quick and easy, I was shopping around online and came across them, I’d recommend them to anyone!
