Great service from start to finish....apart from the 'faulty light' on the tyre pressure indicator which turned out to require a new tyre!

All good. I saw the car on Autotrader, I’m happy with the experience.

I needed a different kind of car so looked on AutoTrader and found a Kia I liked. It was a very fast, efficient process. I don’t give out five stars but I’m happy with the car.

The car is absolutely fine. I found some good cars on their website so I thought I’d come have a look and found a Fiesta I liked. North West Trade Centre’s customer service is really good. I gave 4 stars as I don't give out full marks. but Stuart was perfect. He got everything sorted out for me proper quickly.

I’ve had lots of Fords before, they are cheap and cheerful. I looked at one at the Preston site but chose one at the Lancaster site instead. Pawel was very nice and helpful, not pushy.

in store service was great, cars great. Reason fir lower scores is communication afterwards was terrible. And ongoing issues with trade in still ongoing nearly 2 months after sale

Happy with the Qashqai. We needed a bigger car and this was the best out of a selection I found on Autotrader. We were set on the make and model from the get go so knew what we wanted. I would have liked a longer MOT as it was due a week after collection hence the 4 star rating but John was all good. There was no hassle, It was a pretty straightforward process from start to finish.

This is my first car and its working brilliant. It's the best Dacia I could find, well advertised on Autotrader. They prepared the car and gave it a clean when I went for the test drive so it was all nice. Aiden was lovely, he gave me a hand and looked after us to make sure I was making the right decision. There were a few things they wanted to do before I could take it away but I had good service from the team and would recommend to family & friends.

I was looking at the Vauxhall Grandland but when I saw it I wasn’t overstruck by it. I choose the Renault instead as I liked the size and shape. I had a look around of the group round me and North West Trade Centre seemed the best. The supervisor Ian was really good. When I had a problem with the car not starting he was brilliant. He put a new battery on and there were a few chip marks so he ordered me a touch up stick. I think i've been looked after.

I’ve had a Fiat before and fancied another. I did my search online and looked through what was available and this was the one that stood out for me. The dealership was very easy to deal with, straightforward and very accommodating. They arranged delivery and offered me a trade in on my old car. Adrian was friendly, easy to get on with.
