I was looking at cars on Autotrader and saw the Vauxhall Astra and went through the process online, and went in to collect it in person. The car was all prepped for me. If I’m looking for another car in the future ill have a look at coming back.

The process at the Northwest Trade Centre in Preston was good. About a week after owning the car, some lights came for a while on the dashboard regarding the ABS and then went off. Abdul was great, and everything during the sale was set up perfectly!

I’ve had no issues whatsoever. When I came down to test driving the car, the service from Nathan was excellent. I went to look at a couple of cars at the Trade Centre in Preston and ended up picking the Citroen C3 as it was only 4 years old.

The sales process at the Trade Centre in Preston was fine. I have noticed some small issues with the car as the driver’s side seat slider is a bit loose, it still locks, but there's a small bit of movement. Other than that everything was all fine and cool.

I'm really really happy with the service, and I'm really happy with C5 Aircross. I arrived at the Trade Centre without any idea what I wanted and Chris was brilliant. He really listened to me and looked around with me and found the C5 Aircross, which ended up being the perfect car. I have already recommended the Preston dealership to my friend who is looking for a car.

The Kia Rio is pretty much ok. I believe there might be an oil leak in the car. The whole experience was all good. It would have been nice to have some fuel in the car after purchasing it. Haidar went through the whole process with me and set everything out while explaining it to me.

By enlarge, really really pleased with the Volvo V40. The only two little letdowns was the valeting under the bonnet and there was a small issue with the wheel nuts that the sorted out immediately. Adam, the salesman I dealt with was excellent at this job.

Great service quick and easy

It was a great experience. The staff at The North West Trade Centre in Preston were really good. I was in a bit of a rush, and they managed to prepare the car for me. They did use some kind of cleaning product on he carpet, so when I put my bag down, it got a bit stained. I’ve also had some letters from the DVLA regarding car tax for the car I’ve traded in, so ill have to chase them up regarding that. Other than that they were absolutely brilliant.
