The Ford Fusion is marvellous; it was practically suitable in terms of being cost effective. Austin who sold the car to me gave me no pressure, left us to it. Within the 5 minutes of the test drive, I knew it was the right car for me.

Overall, the state of the cars and the range was a lot more superior at North West Trade Centre compared to the other places. Waynes’s service was great, he was a lot older than the other guys and was more on my level, so I also liked that. Overall experience was good, but Wayne definitely stood out to me.

no doubt, i got a good deal but just after 20 days of buying this car, the battery died, North- West should need to check at least the battery life before selling the car, otherwise it's no issue.

The Vauxhall Crossland Motortrust offered was one of the better value ones and the range was a lot better compared to others. The car was sold without the MOT being done but this managed to get sorted and the team was very apologetic. However, Chris I dealt with was very helpful which is a bonus.
