As far as car dealers go Karl Smith Car Sales rank high for me! I bought a Fiat Punto from them and the car has been brilliant, exactly as describe and no issues! The team were brilliant and really made me feel like a priority it all my dealings with them. Would happily buy another car from here when the time is right.

Customer service was bob on 👌The gentleman who I was dealing with was courteous and caring. I never felt like there was a rush or any pressure to buy. It was in fact the complete opposite and a very pleasant environment. The process of buying my Vauxhall was as smooth as anything and when I really think about it to only one teeny tiny thing that could have possibly improved my experience would have been a quick phone call just keeping me in the loop after the car was purchase so I knew when I could collect. I would still say that the experience and the dealership on the whole is five stars!!

My C4 is excellent, it hasn't missed a beat since the purchase. I have taken it up to Edinburgh already so I can't say its not been put to the test. In terms of customer service all that was great, he was straight to the point, no messing about and that is why I chose to buy off him. I just wanted a nice easy sale and that is what I got.

Super pleased with my Peugeot 2008, it is such a gorgeous SUV and I have really been enjoying the benefits of the higher road position! Coupled with the gadgets inside I am a driving and parking machine! 😂 The salespeople here were polite and informative. All in all a very positive car buying experience.
