When in the process of a big purchase, the customer service is just as important as the product. Concept Car Credit showed that the customer service and after sales service is very important and something they pride themselves in. The staff did everything they could and the after sales service was fantastic. I bought a stunning BMW X1, and a 1 week after buying it I had some issues with the car, Concept got this sorted straight away with no quibble, they worked around me and sorted quickly and too a high standard. I would happily buy here again and have the confidence that they will look after me. The car is now running perfectly, its lovely to drive and I'm really happy with it. Highly recommend.

Concept did a great job in finding me a car, I wanted a Vauxhall Zafira (automatic), but they didn't have anything in stock that would suit my budget/finance application or criteria. The guys went away with all the details of what I was looking for and came back with a Zafira, exactly what I wanted and they managed to sort the finance out too. I was super impressed. I did contact them last week as the fan belt needs replacing, they have booked me in for next week, Concept are sorting this for me. I'm happy with the service and after sales service they have provided, very helpful, knowledgeable and have always been professional. The car is fantastic, lovely to drive and even more so that its automatic - very happy with the purchase. This is my 2nd car through Concept, and I will be back when ready for my 3rd from them.

We purchased a Ford Kuga recently from the dealership, the car is perfect for us. Its not too big, not too small, it's an ideal size for us. It nice to drive and very comfortable inside. Very pleased with it. The staff were brilliant, they got things sorted quickly, no waiting around etc. I will be recommending to friends and family.

Very happy with the Ford Focus I bought, I was looking for something that was reliable and going to last me. I cover a lot of mileage so I decided on a diesel, the car is fab, its lovely to drive, very smooth and the spec was exactly what I wanted. It was very straight forward buying from Concept Car Credit, they was quick and efficient in getting everything sorted, very helpful and friendly. I would happily come back to Concept when ready.

Not long after buying my Vauxhall Zafira, the ABS went, I contacted Concept Car Credit and they said to bring it down when I could, I took it back and they fixed it straight away, since having it back, its been great, no problems at all. Really happy with the car now, its running fine. The staff were helpful and friendly the service was great.

I can't stress enough how amazing Concept Car Credit handled my sale. I dealt with a lovely lady called Laura and she was incredible. I enquired on a Nissan Juke and Laura rang me to run through the details, she thoroughly explained everything to me, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. When we had discussed the car and finance details, she asked me if I understood everything and if there was any questions/queries to fire away. Laura then sent me an email with everything we had discussed on and told me if I needed anything further to contact her. I had a little think about it, read over everything and decided to go ahead with the Juke. The whole deal was done in 2 days, and it could have been quicker, but I was working. The car was then delivered to me, Concept Car Credit worked around my 12 hour shift pattern to get the car to me, they just went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% happy with everything. I absolutely love the Juke, its perfect. Its very techy inside, and very easy to function and drive. I'm really enjoying driving it, its lovely. It was pristine clean when it was dropped off to me, at the agreed time. A lovely smooth process.

The staff at Concept were so good with us, they were extremely patience and helpful. We couldn't decide on a car, so we viewed a few, test drove a couple, we just couldn't make our minds up. Concept didn't pressure us in to choosing a car, they just gave us all the information and history of the cars to help us decide. The salesman dealing with us had the patience of a saint, he didn't get frustrated, just remained professional and helpful through-out. He couldn't do enough for us - exceptional customer service skills. We finally decided on a BMW 320d GT and we are so pleased with it, it was a great decision and a great purchase. The car is lovely to drive, me and my Husband share the car and we both love it. Concept really went out of their way for us, I will definitely buy again from them when we are ready.
