I purchased my Ford Fiesta from Karl Smith and I can confidently say I would come back here when needing a new car and I do highly recommend this company if you are wanting a second-hand car. The guys around the dealership were so helpful and friendly, I cant fault.. Absolutely 5* service all the time. We were also pleased that at the dealership they were accommodating test drives and no pressure at any time was put on us, we test drove the car in our own time and that we really appreciated, our questions were answered a great amount of detail given to us. We are very very happy!

Since my car got hit parked outside I was in need of a new car and quick, my little KA was a total write off. Karl Smith Car Sales saved the day, I came across a newer model of my car and I fell in love. I did want to stick with something I knew, I'm so pleased with my new Ford KA, its got so many more little gadgets in the car which my old one didn't have. My Tiguan is driving a dream!! Justine was fab with me during my experience, from start to finish she was so kind and helpful. I had a few issues that wasn't their fault, mostly mine and they were super happy to help sort them which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't give Karl Smiths Cars anything less than 5* stars as there service is well and truly brilliant. I liked that they were accommodating test drives, I took the car on a drive and instantly fell in love with it but what I appreciated more is that I had no pressure put on me at any time. I test drove the car at my pace and my leisure.

The staff at the dealership did ask if I would like to test drive but I didn't at the time, I was happy with just having a look around. I noticed the great condition the car was in and how clean and tidy it was and I just didn't feel the need to test drive, I trusted the guys at the dealership, and that I do not regret.

Justine was great to do business with when I was buying my Tipo. She was really informative and knowledgeable and presented the car beautifully. Every question I had she answered, so it was a really simple sale. The car is in lovely condition and has not had any bumps or faults since taking it away, so I'd happily go again in the future!
