Before visiting Essex Prestige I was a bit concerned because I didn't know the garage and I saw some bad reviews before going to view the Audi TT with my son. However, everything was fine. The staff were nice and helped me where they could. I'm happy with the car but 4 stars because I do need new tyres, which they did make me aware of, and I will have to get some new brake discs and pads.

I had an initial issue at the start of owning my Tesla and I had to bring it back for a failed steering rod. I had to wait 4 weeks for the part to come but since having it back its been fine and the car is going well.

My partner took care of most of the sale and from what I've heard, he had no complaints. The Range Rover has been fine but since having the car we did notice a rip in the seat and that the tracking is out, both of which need sorting but other than that it's fine.

All the team are just fantastic. The guy we dealt with specifically was very helpful, welcoming, and respectful. Everything we needed done, he made sure it was taken care of. It was a truly pleasant experience. There was no pressure, and everything felt very relaxed. All the cars at the dealership are of a very high standard. I would one hundred percent use Essex Prestige again. A truly 10/10 experience.
