They were brilliant at BVG, the service was top notch. The communication throughout was great. So far so good with my new Range Rover Velar.

I came across BVG on Auto Trader whilst looking for a BMW. I wasn't sure which model but went with the BMW 4 Series in the end. It has been good other than a few wear and tear issues. I did feel that it was a bit pushy on the day, although they did answer quickly to the initial interest.

To be honest, so far it’s going swimmingly without any issues so far. Got bored of my M135I and upgraded into an M4 as I like my performance BMWs. BVG seem to have a very good comparative price on their vehicles with good reviews, plus being a performance garage I chose over anyone else, just gives you a little more trust. All in all, the whole process to less than a week from seeing the car online and then I was in contact with the dealer online who sent over plenty of information and even did DVSA inspection on the vehicle before I arrived which helped build that trust even more and communication constant. They were very informative and made themselves available to me. They made it a pleasure to deal with!

The cars great, I've got no problems with the car or them. The only issue I had was the brakes were a little below the standard for that type of car but when I reached out to BVG, they were straight on it and reimbursed me for the brakes so can't fault them, good people they were. I had a C63 in the past and had to sell it and managed to get another one. The car was just right, it wasn't modified, it was pretty standard and OEM. The handover was really good, I wasn't surprised, they've got some high-end nice cars and did it better than some main dealers, really good garage!
