Shah did a really good walk around of the car over FaceTime, he was very informative and kept us posted throughout the entire process. He then arranged for the delivery of the car from Bury to Glasgow. When the car was delivered, it was exactly as described and has been running perfectly.

I'm a returning customer, I have bought cars from BVG previously, and the cars are always good. My experience last time was the same as previous times, the aftersales is also always brilliant. It would be 100% five stars.

Initially I had an issue with a rattling noise coming from the panel, the dealership helped me get that resolved, and everything has been okay since, and the experience on the day was fantastic.

The Audi A6 has all been good, no complaints, and the service was good. The only thing I would say is I would have preferred a longer test drive, and there wasn't much fuel in the car, but other than that it has been good.

The Ford Mustang has been alright, with a few issues initially, but BVG has been helpful in getting those resolved for me. I think it was Shah that I dealt with, and he was very good and helpful.

Getting on good with the Hyundai i800 had no problems. The sales guy whose name I can't remember was brilliant, he ticked all the boxes. Overall a good experience. I have already recommended BVG to others.

What stood out to me at the dealership was how fast and efficient they were. Prior to buying the car, I was unsure what car to go for and then came across the BMW 320d. I have not had any problems with it so far.

We bought a Discovery Sport from BVG after seeing it advertised online, either on eBay or Auto Trader. We were specifically looking for a Discovery Sport, and everything with the car has been fine so far. Our experience at the dealership was lovely overall. The only delay was that the wheels needed sorting out, so we had to wait a bit longer than expected before collecting the car. Apart from that, everything was very good, and we were happy with how things were handled.

No complaints from me. Purchased an Audi RS3, it has been all good, and I'm enjoying it.
