I went to them because one of my friends purchased from there and said the experience was good so I thought i'd go there first when I was changing my car. There was an issue with the washer pump but Cartime fixed it so apart from that everything is fine. The staff were good. They explained things to me or rephrased things so I can understand it properly. The were very good with communication with me. I had some problems with swapping the registration plates on the old car and swapping the finance but they managed to sort it. The general experience was quite easy and comfortable.
