Everything’s great with the Renault I bought from National Car Hub. I knew what I wanted and it was the only one I could find. The staff there were really good, very approachable. They came and found me, walked me round the car and helped set up the direct debit, sorted the paperwork and went through everything with me. They were just really nice approachable guys who handled everything for me. It was a very quick process to get me back in a car asap, they did everything they could to make sure it was ready when I needed

I’d been after an F pace for a while and they had the car I wanted. I loved it when I saw it. I was greeted quickly and shown the car. First time I went they left me waiting for hours whilst the got price confirmed but the next day I made decision to buy outright. Car was presentable on collection, everything else was great.

Previously I had had bad experiences with dealerships, but the one I had with National Car Hub Is the best one I have ever had! The only improvement I’d suggest is if the Barista part of the dealership was accessible to the public. Everything was seamless, everything that was agreed with was dealt with, they gave us a full tank of full and even new discs in the front!

I saw the Range Rover on Facebook, called them up and put a deposit on the car. Went to see it over the weekend, happy with it. I was well impressed, everything went smooth. Condition of the car was fine on collection. They put some fuel in. I’m happy with the team I dealt with.

Great customer service and after care!

Not been able to drive car due to injury but on the day they were fantastic, bent over backwards for me. There are a few things i've noticed since having the car which should have been brought up on the day but apart from that they were bang on with everything else. They didn’t mess about , got car same day. The lad I was dealing with was phenomenal, he talked to his manager every time and kept me updated. I got finance through them, found me the best deal.

I went to National Car Hub as there are close to me. I've not used them before but I was confident to buy from them as the guy was really polite and enthusiastic with the approach. All my questions were answered. Process was 4-5 days as a bit of prep needed and finding the time to collect. Car was fine on collection, everything that needed doing was done.

Everything’s great. I’d seen a few Peugeots like this, it was a nice price, took the car for a test drive and liked look of it. The staff were helpful, easy to work with, nice smooth transition. Couple of days I was sorted. Communication good, had all the background checks done. I would use them again and pretty sure we’ll be back up there within the next couple of weeks.
