My new BMW 1 series is a good car, no problems since I bought it. Whilst at the dealership it was fabulous, I am happy.

I'd buy from North West Trade Centre again in the future, I think the manager was called Ian, he was really good, he got everything sorted for us. Other than needing to book the car in for an issue with the boot, but I have not gotten round to it yet, everything else was absolutely fine. 4.5 out of 5.

A lovely dealership and lovely people. Although when I got the car home there was no oil or coolant, and I'm still waiting back to hear about a scratch on the bodywork, I love the car, and on the day it would have been a 4 or 5 star rating, but based on everything, I would give it a 3.

A nice, clean dealership with lots of choices of cars. I purchased a Vauxhall Insignia, a little less power than what I am used to, a few small issues, but nothing major, I am enjoying the car. Kieran was fantastic, he kept me up to date throughout, and I can't fault him in the slightest. A 3.5 star rating, always room for improvement. Would recommend to others.

My experience at the dealership was 10 out of 10. Stuart's customer service was superb, second to none, he did what he promised, I have no bad review or comment and would definitely buy a car from them again in the future.

My new Ford Kuga has been fine, however, I'm still waiting for the documentation with my details for the warranty. What stood out to me at the dealership is that I spoke to multiple people, and they were all helpful. No doubt I would use them again in the future. Always room for improvement, so I'd give it a 4-star.

Enjoying the Ford EcoSport I bought from North West Trade Centre. My partner works on the industrial estate where the dealership is, so I was familiar with it. Stuart was very helpful, he made the process very straightforward. He talked us through the whole process. We had no issues whatsoever.

I came across North West Trade Centre on Autotrader whilst specifically looking for the Infiniti Q30. Since purchase, I've had a light out, which, due to me being 4 1/2 hours away, I am just going to resolve the issues myself. The only other thing I would mention is that on Autotrader there is no mention of a £150 fee. While I appreciate there is one on their website, it is something I think they should look into. Nick was the salesman I dealt with, and I thought he was great. There was no pushiness, he took me for a test drive. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Getting on well with the Vauxhall Mokka I bought back in February. Still waiting for the spare key and the logbook, other than that, it was good. Kieran answered all of my questions, so I still give it 4 out of 5.

Aidan was helpful at the dealership, the Citroën C1 I bought has been good ever since the purchase.
