When buying the Ford Fiesta from North West Trade Centre, i was very impressed with Connor he was very helpful with everything, there was a slight issue with one of the tyres having a slow puncture and the wheel nuts, which i do think could of been sorted when it was in the garage but they offered to sort it all for me and put everything right

The Corsa I got from North West Trade Centre is much better than my last car, the whole sales process at the dealership was quite straightforward, and Connor was helpful. Id recommend them

Very pleased with the car. all positive. Car is a good bargain, been well look after. Jake was our agent. He was very pleasant, very good. Quite pleased with them and I would go back in the future if I needed to. They responded very quickly and follow up calls when needed. From seeing the car and chatting to the guys it was quite quick, no issues at all. Car was well vaulted on collection and in working order. Very easy process, I enjoyed Jakes company but he needed to be alite more on top of the car as on the test drive the battery was not charged so I was hanging around a little bit. The other guys were quite helpful and humorous.

The KA is great, it’s a great learner car. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. What really stood out to me was how polite everyone was and how easy they made the whole buying process. I’d definitely go back when I get another car in the future.

The Nissan Qashqai is getting along alright, the only key we got is held together with tape. I dealt with Jake, and he was good.

Walked in not really knowing what i was looking for. Met Ben and he was so much help. Found the car i have wanted and he talked me through everything. There about 45 minutes and walked out having bought the car of my dreams. Can't recommend this place enough. Brilliant service and the staff go above and beyond to help you.

The car was absolutely fine, I’ve had no issue with it. The car was a bit dirty when I came to collect it and I had to clean it myself. Ben was absolutely great he was really helpful, he wasn’t pushy and just left you to have a look and wait for you to say you were ready.

The Ford Fiesta runs and works perfectly fine. The buying process was a bit awkward as the initial salesperson I was dealing with went off sick, it took a bit longer than I would have liked with a couple of hiccups along the line. I saw the Fiesta online and when we came in, they were more than helpful, and John was knowledgeable about the car.

The Peugeot 2008 goes from A to B as intended. Stuart was ok, he wasn't really pushy or anything like that. When this car dies I will definitely go back to the North West Trade Centre. It was nice that everyone the liked my dog.
