Longin was a decent guy, he wasn't pushy at all and was really helpful throughout the purchase of the MG4. I would 100% recommend Phantom Motor Company to others.

Phantom had seemed to offer the right specification at the right time for the right price. I thought they were really flexible with us when it came to securing the car as we couldn’t pick it up for a few weeks.

Getting on perfectly fine with the Audi A1 and the buying experince was amazing!

Since the purchase of the BMW 5 series, it's been okay, although I have been trying to chase the service history and have been unable to get that. I've also had a few issues that have had to be repaired through the warranty company, so I would have preferred for more checks to have been done to the car. Gary was friendly, and the experience on the day was okay.

Initially I had an issue with the knock sensor on the exhaust, but the insurance company covered that, and since then the Land Rover has been great. When I was at Phantom, I dealt with 2 people, and they were both spot on, really nice people.

Couldn't be better

Bought the Range Rover for my wife, she has been really enjoying it and loves the car. I can't fault the dealership, it was bang on. Alistair was brilliant from start to finish. I've since been in contact with him, as I've asked him if he can source me a BMW i8. They had one at the dealership when we went to buy the Range Rover, but unfortunately it was sold.

I looked at the companies history and they have been going for a while. They couldn’t have been more helpful, they were brilliant. Everything is spot on. There was an issue that got sorted by Phantom and before I bought the car there was another problem which I’m waiting on the dealership getting back to me as to when they can get it in the garage. Four stars as aftersales needs to be quicker, bar that they have been spot on. You can take it at your own leisurely pace, look at several cars do what you need to do. Nothing was rushed or pushed upon and I never felt intimidate to make a purchase.

Based on my experience at Phantom Motor Company, it all went smoothly whilst I was buying the Audi Q7. The staff there were friendly and helpful, and the Audi Q7 has been good.
