I have been to Prestige cars for years and have been seeking out a new vehicle, I originally dealt with Connor who was amazing so chill but informative, I then viewed another vehicle with Joe who was equally lovely and so helpful, nothing was too much bless him. I had my finance done with Harry who I always gone to for advice and he is a blessing as always sorts out the best deal for me which is why I purchase my vehicles from here along with the fantastic service . After finally finding something I was happy with I was served by Izzy to do the handover and what a lovely girl, she made it so easy and simplified everything with a smile , so sweet. The Hyundai Tucson I wanted was in the prestige cars showroom, and the whole setup was very professional. James advised me there was a selection of charging cables, other than that, he was bang on and very knowledgeable about the car.

I’m getting along with my 4 Series BMW very well. My experience with Prestige cars was great. I got a good deal, the showroom looks top notch and they got some really nice cars in there! The staff were a highlight for me they were very polite.

I’m really glad I bought the A5. I wasn’t going out to look at cars, but I saw it and decided to buy it. I’d go back to Prestige Cars Kent again when I want to chop my current car in. I have already recommended them to people.

All's good with my Tesla from Prestige Cars Kent. I had an issue at the start (nothing major), but I didn't realise you can’t transfer ownership of a Tesla without a V5. I had to wait two weeks for it and use the car in valet mode in the meantime, but this was all resolved in the end and I found both Jack and Izzy to be polite.

We have brought from here before so decided to go back as I wanted a new Macan. Everyone is always very welcoming and easy. Its nice going up the road to the lovely pub for something to eat too!

Prestige Cars Kent had a good deal for my Kia Sportage, the experience was good really quick and good service. I am still waiting for my V5 but other than that the person I dealt with was very friendly and they knew what they were doing, I have already recommended them to my friends.

I bought the car quickly as I was in London. I came for it the next day. You prepped the car whilst I waited. There was a dent in the door that the team couldn't get out. I had to drive the car home north. Izzy said I should get it sorted up north and you'd cover the cost. I did. Emailed you. And your customer care team credited me 48 hours later. This is excellent. These things happen. But customers don't trust garages to sort things out honestly and fairly. You guys did. Thank you.
