Purchased a weekend car from Wheelers, I am very pleased with it. There was a delay in me getting it just due to me finding the time to go up and collect it, however in that time wheelers looked after the car, made sure it was on hold for me and where understanding about it all. They are a really good dealership everything is presented nicely and looks clean, also have a wide selection of vehicles, something for everyone. So far the car has been fine. I can't fault anything.

Everything is great! Really pleased with the vehicle I purchased. Amber who helped with the purchase was just brilliant. Very efficient, helpful, had everything prepared and made the whole process easy and quick. No complaints at all would highly recommend.

5 rating. Had a great experience recently purchasing a LR Discovery. The staff were wonderful, friendly and welcoming. They made the buying process easy from beginning to end. Ben the salesman was great to deal with. Overall very pleased with the customer service and the vehicle.

From the moment we stepped into the showroom we felt under no pressure at all. We were welcomed by Ryan and he was very helpful and Very knowledgeable and once we had the keys to the vehicle we wanted to try he left us alone. Loved that. Great price they offered for my part ex. Better than anywhere else. We bought a Range Rover Evoque. Complete with full service, new MOT and with no advisories. I would confirm I will definitely come back again. Absolutely love my car from Wheelers. It has had no problems and everything is how it should be. I was a little surprised that after I paid for the car, I was told I had to wait a few weeks while it was serviced and MOT'd. This wasn’t a dealbreaker and I would 100 percent use Wheelers again, but I just wasn’t expecting it. I phoned Amber to see if we could get it any earlier as we had a family event, and she managed to get it pushed forward for me. We got the car in time, which was really appreciated. The service was good and I would recommend them to others.

I had been to Wheelers before. However, this time I was a bit disappointed with the time it took for me to get the van. There was a three-week delay due to an issue with the deadlocks. I believe this wait time was far too long, and I didn’t feel like I was kept up to date. I had to keep phoning to chase it, and overall it was not the best experience this time around. Everything is fine now with the van. I just think better communication would have made a big difference.

So far, so good. I did hear a noise the other day, but I’ve only heard it once, so it’s just something I’m keeping an eye on for now. Other than that, I absolutely love my Peugeot Traveller. It is great. Ryan helped with the purchase. He was helpful and friendly. It did take a while initially to get some of the information I wanted before going to the dealership. I had to call in quite a few times, which was a bit frustrating, but once I got it and went to the dealership, everything went smoothly and I am pleased.

First time using Wheelers, my friend actually purchased a SUV from here about a year ago and he has had no issues since having it. I am really happy with my choice in vehicle it is a great drive. I did have a little issue on the first day of having it, but I believe it was just due to the car not being driven for a while. Everything is fine now that I have driven it for a while. I would recommend them the customer service is great and as it comes with warranty I feel reassured that if I ever have an issue I will have no problem getting it sorted.
