Mount Vernon is a decent place to buy a car from! I bought my Ford Focus from here last month and everything is going just how I wanted it to which is perfect. The service level from Charlie and Alan were 5 stars, a honest and trustworthy dealership that care about their customers and not just the sale. I was highly impressed by the fact that when I first got my new Audi from them I had a squeaking noise coming from the brakes and when I told them about this they were on the ball to get this booked in for me and put new brakes on to resolve the issue. They really did go above and beyond to help me with everything and I cannot thank them enough for this. I would use them again and 100% recommend these to others!

Without a shadow of doubt I will definitely be coming here again when I want another car. Charlie was lovely and really helped me out when I was buying my Corsa from them. He explained everything clearly to me without using Jargon and he got the car in immaculate condition before I went to collect it.
