I recently got a Kia and so far everything has been absolutely fine, up to now I've had no problems at all and the car has been great to drive. The whole process was really straightforward. Adam, was brilliant throughout. He was fantastic to deal with, very professional, helpful, and made sure I felt all my questions were answered. There was no pressure at all.

I purchased a Volkswagen Golf and it has been perfect. Adam was informative, straight to the point, and I have zero complaints, so this is a five-star review.

Customer service was great, Jack helped us out, answered everything we needed, and made transaction a smooth one. No pressure at all, he let my parents test drive and did everything he needed to. The Peugeot 208 was for my mum and dad, and they’re absolutely loving it. It would have been 5 stars, but they did seem a little understaffed on the day (which can’t always be helped as they don't know how many people are going to turn up on the day).

Everything with my Astra so far is going well. Haydn was great on the day I caught him at a busy time, but even then I didn’t find myself waiting around. Really pleased with the service.

I would give it a 5. James was super helpful and talked me through a lot of the process and went into good detail. Also I'm getting on with the car superbly.

Other than an issue I had early on with the battery, which has now been resolved, I have been enjoying the vehicle. I would say the customer service was okay but did not go above and beyond, so I would give it a three star rating.

I have been getting on really well with the Mercedes A-Class that I purchased in July. Antony helped me throughout the process, answered all my questions, and took me for a lengthy test drive, which I really appreciated.

The whole experience from paying a deposit to hold the car, a viewing appointment was arranged, on arrival we were greeted and coffee was greatly appreciated, James was punctual and showed us around the car and a test drive was taken, purchased the car the whole experience was very simple, Ponko are a very organised car sales team and I would recommend .

My recent purchase of the Kia Sportage in July has been superb. I have not done a lot of driving in it yet, but I was happy with the overall experience.

So far, so good. I haven’t used it much yet, but my experience has been really positive. Kye was great, I found him to be very helpful and any questions I had he was able to answer them. I can’t fault Ponko at all.
