Alan was a really good salesperson who let me walk around without hassling me, it was a very laid back approach, he did not try to force anything upon me. Everything was on my terms and this is what I really liked about the company and what made them stand out from most of the other companies that I have dealt with in the past. It was the main reason I bought my Kia from Mount Vernon Motors Ltd instead of choosing to go to someone else.

I've had not issues at all with the Mercedes that I bought from Mount Vernon in Glasgow, it certainly is the perfect car and drives like a dream. Charlie and Alan were both a great bunch of lads and I cannot praise them enough. This is the first time I have used this dealership, I was trying to avoid another big dealership so I dealt with these instead who are a smaller independent dealer and I had a much better experience with them. I would use these again when I require an upgrade and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to make their next car purchase.

The salesman I dealt with was absolutely brilliant there was no rush or pushy sales, it was like talking to an old friend to be honest when I went down to view my Audi and I can't tell you a single problem with this car or the dealership. It was definitely worth the journey to get my Ford Focus from Mount Vernon Motors. It looked absolutely perfect when it was handed over to me, nearly as clean as they come from the factory! The customer service I received was first class, it was spot on from beginning to the end, any question I had got answered, they did not push the sale on me, they were not in your ear trying to sell you it, I can't actually complain about anything. He sorted everything out for me, all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. I really cannot fault the service or the car it is mint and I would definitely make the journey to Glasgow again.

What can I say, I cannot fault them! I was looking for a car for a while and got a disappointment after disappointment and then a guy at work recommended me to Mount Vernon Motors and they surpassed all my expectations; I really do wish I had found them sooner. The customer service was incredible, they bent over backwards for me. After my test drive I was so thrilled, but the Glen noticed a couple of things with the car that was not up to the dealerships high standard, so he got it straight in the garage and all the niggles sorted before I came to pick the car up, that in its self is above and beyond customer service, where else would you get that?! I couldn’t just give them 5* it has to be 10*!!

The customer service I have received from Mount Vernon Motors as second to none! I have had a few small issues with the car that I have brought to their attention and I am more than confident that they will sort for me – I have the car booked in for next week. To be honest I can’t fault them would give more stars if I could.

The East end of Glasgow has always been flooded with car dealerships. But since covid hit I've unfortunately seen business after business close. There's a reason why Mount Vernon motors isn't just still operating but doing better than ever! It's rare to find such a business that's run and looked after so well these days. This is the first time I've purchased a motor from here but definitely won't be the last. There's no hard sale, the knowledge they have when it comes to motors is second to none and the after care they provide for their customers is excellent. I have already recommended family members and friends due to their friendly and approachable attitude. Thanks to everyone at Mount Vernon for the great motor. And for all the help you gave.
