I would use Cartime again, no issues at all. I was looking for a specific car and I wanted to deliver. Cartime made it a smooth purchase all over the phone the guys were helpful. The communication on the day could’ve been a little better but it got here when I was told so no problems, they were really good overall.

The communication I did appreciate, Abeed who dealt with me was brilliant and even went in on his day off to get updates for me, he proper got it all sorted! The Hyundai i10 I purchased is absolutely fine overall.

I was just passing when I saw the Mercedes A-Class, went in to have a look and dealt with Paul, he was brilliant. We also bought a Corsa for my girlfriend whilst we were there. I'd have to give it 4 stars and not 5, as I was not made aware that you have to pay £300 to be able to connect your phone to the car via the Mercedes app. I only found this out 2 weeks after when I got the logbook, as that is what you need to get access to the Mercedes app. I wouldn't have got the Mercedes. Other than this, I couldn't fault my experience and it would have been a 5.

Happy to give a rating of 5 as booking and final delivery completed with politeness and efficency. Car very clean and as described. Note description made no comment about lack of fast charging cable but pleased that after questioning this 1 was supplied foc.
I thought I had completed satisfaction survey some weeks ago but recall several attempts were made to complete the form but it would not be accepted online.
Further note, the options for service and extended warranty were not made known until the point of payment so little time to consider fully before having to complete payment.

I had a Corsa previously but wanted one that had new features such as parking sensors, which I am definitely noticing the difference with, I can park much better. Olly had great customer service, he answered all my questions, took me for a test drive, and the documentation was all straightforward.

The car I had was really old and rundown and was due an upgrade and after my dad had a car from them, he recommended that I give Cartime a go too. I am waiting on a cruise control part and a spare key which they haven't got in yet. However the whole buying process went well, it was really easy.
