My experience at Motortrust was a 4-star experience. I purchased a Kia Ceed as my old car broke, it all seems to be good at the moment. The customer service I received whilst there was good, it would have been a 5 if the car was ready when it was first agreed.

Previously I had a Mercedes E-Class, and it was a bit on the expensive side, as I am currently trying to get a mortgage, so I downgraded to a Fiesta. I was looking on Auto Trader when I found the car. The service at Motor Trust was A1! I was in and out within 30 minutes, it was easy enough and quick.

I've not had any problems with the Ford Fiesta since buying it at the start of Feb. I drive past the dealership most days, so I just decided to go in and have a look around when I found the Ford. Carl was fab!

Everything has been going good the past few weeks of having my vehicle, I haven't had any issues come up. Chad who I dealt with was good, he didn't put any pressure on the sale and everything was ready for when I requested. The tyre pressure was low on the car which he did sort for us, however we had to do the AdBlue ourselves. Apart from that I was still very happy and would recommend this dealership.

The customer service down at MotorTrust was alright, I did have an issue where when I went to go part exchange the car, I was told it would be a different price, but they did honour the price they originally gave me. That was the only weird experience other than that it has been great.

This was the first car I have ever got, I was super excited about getting it and since purchase I have drove in it pretty much everyday. I went for a Audi A1 and couldn't be more pleased. It was Ben who helped me throughout the sale, he explained everything well and very quick to respond and answer questions I had. I would give my experience a 4/5 only because there was about a week delay from the original collection date due to the car getting a service and MOT. Apart from that everything else went well and when I did go to collect the car it was all ready for me.

What stood out to me at the dealership was the wide range of cars they had available. I thought Connor, the salesman who I dealt with, was good, and I have not had any problems with the Range Rover Evoque since the purchase.

Things I asked Aiden to do were not done, it cost me £100 to remove a very dark tint. The window regulator failed but the garage sorted it. I had to drive 90 miles again because the heated rear window wasn’t working. The vent in the back was broken and that cost me £ 80 and the front tyres were down to the cord and the car had not been serviced. Not the bosses fault but fix what the AA advised Kind regards John
