The car is good but I do have some outstanding issues which the sales guys are working with me on. Ben the sales guy has been good. He’s been responding to everything i've asked for and offered me a courtesy car as the local garages to me aren’t able to get the work done so I’m taking it back to him to sort. On the whole, the dealership have been brilliant. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I found the a3 online and took interest in it due to the very low milage, 3100 miles on a 21 plate car! Connor rang me back, I arranged for a viewing, and then within a week all the paperwork was done and I collected the A3. I’m happy with it and I’ve been driving it for the last couple of weeks, its been a good drive. I’ve had a very good experience with Motortrust in Lancaster, the whole process was hassle free and everything went through fine.

Louis was great, I still have to thank him for sending up the manual and the spare keys to me. I really enjoyed the car for the 6 days that I had it for until someone drove into the back of me, it’s currently in the process of being repaired. Motortrust had the right price on the Discovery when I was looking around, which made me go look at it, the staff at the dealership were nice.

All is good with the BMW 1 Series. The people at the dealership were lovely. There were a few issues after purchase which needed to be resolved and took a while to get a response and get the work approved, but it was all sorted in the end, and I'd recommend it. Motor trust to others

Cant fault Motortrust Lancaster

I bought a Mercedes E-Class from Motor Trust and I love the car. The experience at the dealership was very good. Ben was really helpful throughout, and everything was handled well. I’d definitely recommend the dealership to others based on my experience.

So far so good. I was just looking around on Autotrader and saw the car. The mileage was good and I looked at reviews about the company which were better. I would have given a higher score if they had helped me with the paperwork online but Chad was the sales guy and everything went smoothly.

I found the dealership on Autotrader and read the reviews. I needed a seven seater and had a bad experience with BMW and chose the Kia Sorento. The car has been back to the garage to be looked at as there is a potential issue with the rear differential but I’ve got the car back now and it drives fine. When I called about the problem they said they will sort it out and everything is fine. My experience overall was really straightforward. Louis was vey helpful.

I went to North West Trade Centre as they were local. Since having the car, the tyre pressure sensor light is on and I spoke to the dealer but no action taken. On the day, Chad always text me back when I asked a question and got the wheels done a week later for me. They were welcoming and I would return.

I dealt with Connor over at the Lancaster branch, my experience with him was perfect! I was looking around for a Focus ST and the best one I could fine was a Motortrust Lancaster, it was quite a travel as I’m from Newcastle. I was really happy with how the car was prepared the car for me, it was very clean!
