Overall, I’m happy with the service. The car was presented in excellent condition—it was clean, had a full tank of fuel, the oil had been changed, and, as agreed, one of the tyres had been replaced before collection. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout the process. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there were some delays and complications with arranging the finance. My application was declined by one finance company, so another application had to be made. I understand that this may not have been the dealership’s fault, but during that process I felt I had to manage a lot of it myself. I was expecting a little more guidance and support, and that slightly affected my overall experience.

Everything is fine with the Fiat 500x I got from North West Trade Centre, there was a bit of miscommunication on the day of collection but I spoke to the manager and got it all resolved in the end! I’d use them again
