Great to deal with (when they answered the phone) at the start of the process, however after I had paid and collected the car I had a few questions with regards a few things that were missing and they couldn’t be bothered to call me back. They also forgot to put a couple of things back on the car after replacing the cam belt such as the windscreen washer filler funnel! Some of the repairs were also cosmetic and not permanent. Overall a disappointing experience.

Everything’s great. My husband found the car online and a friend bought from them before so they recommended this dealership. Went to see the car and drive it home same day. Had a little wait but they did a great job, best they could. Four star as I'd like to deal with just one person but everything else was fine. All staff were great, welcoming, helped us with everything.

Everything going fine apart from installation, after car service. We bought the tracker and immobile package but aftersales proving difficult in the installation. Jack was fantastic. He was honest about the car, when we needed him he was there, he was friendly and made the service seem easy. Nothing was too much trouble. Collection day was nice, they covered up the car, we got a bottle and chocs and made abit of an unveiling. Everyone seemed very friendly.

I’ve bought my previous car from Phanom as well, and both times have been good. I have had some issues with paint peeling on one of the wheels. I’ll be talking with the dealership regarding it. Alistair was brilliant, the service was excellent and friendly.

The Jeep Wrangler from Phantom Motor Company is great, my experience down there was really good, easy and smooth I've nothing bad to say. Gary was fab from start to finish! I'd recommend them

The BMW I4 from Phantom is sound, there was a issue with some chips on the door. I don't think it was touched up right, but overall the service was good, nice showrooms and professional service
