I got an Audi from Warwick Hall Cars and I would recommend them to family and friends. i would have prefered them to be more clear in explaining some things hence the score.

I’m loving the Renault Koleos I got from Warwick Hall Cars. They had the one I wanted and looked at some of the reviews they had online and decided to go further. The guy who served me was helpful. It was an easy process. I spoke to them a few days before I was coming to collect the car and it was all ready out side for me, nice and clean. The general experience stood out to me the most.

This me second car I got from Warwick Hall Calls. I found them on a search engine initially. I find them very easy going, no pressure. You show up, see the car and they leave you to it. Communication alright. Good quality of cars and their prices stood out to me in comparison to what I would pay near me. There are a few niggly faults but i'll sort it under warranty. I have already recommended them as Phil was down to earth. I had a good laugh and that makes you want to go back. They are friendly and offered me a brew.

I found them on Autotrader and went to view it. The staff were helpful, let me take the car for a test drive. Relaxed approach. I would recommend them to others. They offered for me to take the car away the same day but I wasn’t ready so they held it back for me until a few days later then I went and grabbed it.

I’d done a lot of research and was looking at three different types of cars in my price range. The gentleman I met at Warwick Hall Cars was very nice, kind and very tolerant. Nice tidy lot they had and the car was waiting for me. They trusted me to drive it out and back in without Charles sitting breathing down my neck. He made me a cup of tea whilst my son in law did the checks. I needed to sort a few bits out my end and Charles arranged to deliver it to me. It was dropped off on time in a very good condition. I would use them again if I need another car and I have recommended them to friends. Everything was above board and honest.

Charles was really helpful, holding my new Hyundai Kona for over a week before I could come to view. The Kona is a great car and was exactly what I wanted. Lovely little garage with great service. Would recommend!

The Fiesta is spot on, its nippy and perfect for me. The two year warranty sold it to me more than anything else really. I had my eye on a few cars and this one took it above the rest. The staff were friendly, they helped me through the process, spot on communication and the car was present like new on collection.

I was looking for a new car and checking different makes/models and I saw the Seat online so went to see it. Since getting it, I’ve had to get driver side wing mirror lighting unit replaced as it wasn’t working. I spoke to Charles and he said to have it done and get the bill to them for payment. Other than that, happy with it. Charles helped me on the day. He was very good, didn’t push. We wanted the car and he got it all ready making it like new on collection and with a new MOT. Good set of lads there, absolutely great. No complaints. I have already recommend them to others.

I’m enjoying the car since I got it, no problems. Dealership had good communication, they let me know what’s going on. Even the delivery guy was really nice and helpful. Overall a good experience. I saw they had good reviews online and my family have been there and recommended them to me. Sales staff helpful. I had a few questions and they were patient with me. Getting a new car is worrying but they were calming, down to earth staff. I would definitely return in the future.

I saw Warwick Hall online and made an appointment to see the car. After I bought the car, I had to get new battery which I paid for myself and unfortunately there was some miscommunication with aftercare over getting my air con re-gassed which I had to cover the cost for myself. Apart from that, the experience was amazing on the day. Guy I dealt with was lovely, his whole mannerism was nice and helpful. It was a same day collection and fell in love when I saw the car. Really pleased when I drove it away.
