I contacted Vanrooyen after finding an Audi A1 online, it was a bit daunting as I don't know much about cars, I'm young and haven't had a lot of experience in driving/buying cars. When I was speaking to the Sam, the salesman, he said I wasn't able to test drive (due to restrictions), I was a little upset as I would have liked to drive it before buying, but fully understood why I couldn't. Sam made me feel at ease, he really held my hand through-out the whole process, explained everything well, kept in contact with updates, and just generally looked after me. When I went to collect the car, as soon as I saw it, I just knew it was the one! It was sooo clean, shiny and sparkling, it looked perfect. I had private plates on my old car and Sam very kindly took them off and put them on the Audi for me, he even helped me with the retention docs etc, he really did go above and beyond. Since buying the car a couple of weeks ago, I've driven it everyday as I'm still going to work, I use the motorway daily, and the car has been nothing but reliable, I've covered a fair few miles, and no issues at all. I highly recommend Vanrooyen - they made a daunting experience, exciting and pleasurable.

I have been using Vanrooyen for many years now to purchase cars, its the only place I will buy a car from. Martin is a delight to deal with, very open, honest and informative. I can't fault the customer service, this time or any other time I've purchased, the team are always on hand to help, and will always put the customer first. My most recent purchase was an Aston Martin DB11, the car is phenomenal, I haven't driven it a great deal, but what I have driven of it, its superb! I can't recommend Vanrooyen highly enough!

I bought a Range Rover Evoque and the car is beautiful, it runs like a dream, looks in great condition for its age and the price was according. The customer service was fantastic, by far the best experience yet. Martin was brilliant and helped me through the sale and Rob too - very informative and helpful. Both gents were lovely to speak to and deal with and they ensured the process was smooth and as easy for me as possible. This is the 7th car I've bought from Vanrooyen, its my go to place and it's nice to get to know the guys and trust a car dealership, they have never let me down, This time round I've bought an Audi Q7 - its lovely, very good car, I'm enjoying it a lot and I actually prefer this car the Bentley I had previously! I will be back soon to have a nosey at the stock, and upgrade again!

Very very impressed with this dealership, the level of care given to customers is A*, the stock they hold is beautiful and the car I bought is amazing! I bought a BMW 4 Series, and its by far the nicest and quickest car I've ever owned, its lovely to drive and I'm definitely enjoying it. Nick dealt with the sale and he was a very nicer chap - he looked after me, there was no pressure, it was a nice relaxed experience and I will certainly recommend Vanrooyen for this to others.

I recently came back to the UK after been abroad for many years, I haven't had a car for around 10 years as the need wasn't there , but now I'm back I was desperate for something. Although the need was high, I didn't want to buy the first thing I saw, whilst searching around I came across Vanrooyen and their impeccable range of stock, I enquired on a Porsche Panamera and the guys were great from the get go, no problems what so ever along the way, the process was quick, easy and very professional.
