Everything was good with the delivery and the service, they did say it would be delivered next day but this was delayed due to the driver having some issues. The salesperson was helpful and the car is going good.

My recent experience with BVG was absolutely fine. I have purchased from BVG before so decided to return to them for my Mercedes GLA.

I was looking for a specific car type and BVG had the one which was closest to me, I did find when we were down at the dealership buying the vehicle there was allot of waiting around for test drives or to finalise things which was deflating as we did have to chase them up. I felt they could been a bit more upfront about the condition of the car which when we questioned they did apologise and informed they would have a chat with the person. Everything seems fine with the BMW 4 Series I got so I'm happy with it. I went for this car particular as it was a good price point and it had a good history. I found the process in buying from BVG simple to deal with, it was way easier than what I'm used to when buying a car.
