It was a good experience with Cartime, it was quick. The car that I originally wanted had a flat tyre, but they found me a better deal on another car. Their customer service was decent yeah, I would give them a 8/10. They had a good deposit finance available and for me that was what draw me into Cartime. Haider went out of his way to try sell me a car which is obvious aha but he went out of his way to try get a better one for me.

The Kia is fab! We needed a new reliable car and its ticking all the boxes! When my old car broke down, I needed a new one ASAP! Having had a Kia before, we wanted an Exceed and Cartime had some available. I went in and said I need a car and drove away the same day. Oliver who looked after us was brilliant, I had my two year old with me but he was really accommodating and super helpful.

When I was at CarTime, the experience was good. The person who dealt with me was very accommodating. was very accommodating, and everything went well on the day. I actually came across them by chance while looking online, and it turned out to be the same place a colleague had recommended, so that worked out well. There’s been one minor issue, but it’s only cosmetic. I’ve already been in touch with them about it, and they’ve asked me to get a quote to sort it.

I bought a Mercedes A35 from CarTime, and the buying process was good and straightforward. Andrew was the one I dealt with, he was good. I was after an A35, and I work at Mercedes, so that’s what I was looking for. The car itself was fine at first, but it broke down after two days. The main issue for me has been the aftersales. Trying to get hold of the aftersales was difficult. Although I am enjoying the car now

Couldn’t thank the team at cartime enough, specially Moncef! Had a very positive experience from the moment we stepped in! From the test drive to, trading my old car in we got a very decent price in exchange for our current Merc! Moncef was very clear and explained everything to us! The team and Moncef kept us in the loop and made sure to keep us updated about the process! Customer service was on point and I also couldn’t thank him enough for being so friendly and coming in on his day off so I could collect the car as soon as!
