Our new Peugeot 308 that we bought back in March has been absolutely fine. The car is mainly for my partner, as she’s the one who drives it, and there haven’t been any issues. I’ve already got another car with them as well, so I now have two cars through them, and I’m always happy with how things are handled. It was spot on.

The whole process was handled remotely as I didn’t visit the dealership, but it all worked really well over text and calls. I mainly dealt with Kieran, who was well mannered, very quick, and helped me out throughout.

I got the BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer, as I needed a 7 seater car. It was delivered to me, as I live in Newcastle and the dealership was in Manchester. The car was all as described apart from one of the wheel bearings that needed to be replaced, which has now been done, and the car has been fine ever since.

The Citroën C1 itself has been brilliant, the service was faultless. I found the car on Facebook, and the communication was brilliant. The only reason it is a four and not a five is, I think, the salesman was busy, but overall brilliant service.
