We are a little bit of a strange customer to be fair because we're a Film and TV action vehicle company so the car was being used in an up and coming TV show. We found the vehicle on Autorader, went down and I cant pull the name of the guys we dealt out the top of our head but one was the company director and the other was his sales manager I believe. We were of course offered a test drive and they prepped and cleaned it for us but honestly we didn't need any of that we knew what we were buying. Everything was brilliant and the car did what it needed to do during the production. Top Service!

I think it was John who we dealt, he was very friendly with no hard sell from him he just let us make the decisions on our own. While we haven't done many miles in the car it all seems to be going well.

The whole process started of really well, everyone was helpful when I went down to have a look at the car. They let me have a drive of it, showed me all the controls were so no problems where that is concerned. Unfortunately in the first week of having the car the battery started playing up, where I had to charge in the mornings and also had to get the AA out - which just made it a messy week. Once I spoke to John at the garage about this and he apologised and had a new battery delivered to a garage near to me. Since having this fitted the car has been ok and I really like the car, the battery issues was the only issue everything else went well.

Oh Distinct Motors were amazing, it was really really easy, I was recommended them from a friend of a friend. The chap I dealt with is called Dave I think, we had a Nissan Qashqai off them at the beginning of the year and because everything went so well with that we went back to them and got the Tiguan with no issues at all, it was just really really good. Honestly I'd give them about 5.

5 out of 5! The car sold itself. However, all the staff were very friendly, without any pushy salesman shinnigans, & extremely helpful during & after sales. Great cars, great service! :) If I could score higher, I would. I would definitely recommend them & will be the first place to look when I fancy a change. :)

I bought the Kia which is a company car for my architectural business, so its pretty essential I have a car. The whole process was fine, they insisted I came down to see the car, they didn't want to deliver it just to make sure I was happy with it which really made me trust them and that they were genuine. I've done about 3,000 miles since picking it up and it all seems to be running well. The only thing I'm waiting on is the extra warranty I paid for, I cant remember how many months is included but apart from that it was all grand.

When I got my Audi I did have a few issues. Based on how nice and helpful John was during the purchase though I would score them 4 out of 5.

I have been driving the car 5 days a week for a few months now and no had one issue, everything is perfect. The customer service from John was great, he was courteous and knew what he was talking about which put confidence in me to buy from him. I have always found that if someone cares and knows about what they are doing, they are always best to go to. The whole process from start to finish was spot on It has to be a five star!
