There are a few little things I still need to email them about, like something loose by the glove box, but nothing major with the actual car. went for a test drive a couple of weeks before buying it, and on the day of purchase everything was straightforward. I paid the deposit, collected the keys, it all went well.

I was specifically looking for an Outlander. The experience with the dealership was really good from start to finish. The Tesla Model Y has been excellent, it is my first electric car, and it is great to drive. The person who I dealt with when I went to view the car at NCH was good, he answered all my questions. Overall everything was really good.

NCH had the Mercedes I liked and I liked the condition so I went for a viewing. The service of the staff were really good especially Chris, he took me for a test drive and talked to me a lot about the car. I would have given a 5* if the finance had option was quicker. That said Chris also helped with preparation for my finance very patiently.

Everything's been mechanically sound with the Volkswagen Tiguan I got from National Car Hub, they had a good price for it. I do think the car could have been valeted a bit better, but if I were to summarise my experience in one sentence I’d say everyone was fine and very nice about it from start to finish.
