Cars is fine, usual teething problems but got that all sorted. I bumbled across the dealer on Autotrader and liked the idea of wandering around looking at the cars so visited both the Preston and the Lancaster sites. I enquired about a Mercedes at the Lancaster site but was told that wasn’t there. The sales guy was helpful, he said he would find out where it is and give me a call back but I didn’t get the call so I felt abit let down. I went back a second time, spoke to Jack and we got the other car we were looking at. The process was smooth and everything went through swimmingly.

I was looking for specific 7 seater and found the Zafira on Autotrader. Pawel was a good lad. He explained everything really well, it went smoothly. Process was quite quick and I had the car within a week. Car was ready on collection clean and tidy.

The Fiat 500 is great, we love it, it so nice to drive. We have always liked them and kept looking on Autotrader as there were certain things we were looking for like reversing sensor, bigger screen in the middle and the lounge version then one came up at North West Trade Centre. Only thing we were disappointed with is there is no manual with the car and i've chased it several times but they haven’t sorted it. Other than that we have no problem. On the day, they gave us the keys to take the car for a drive and they didn’t sit in with us, no problem. Aiden was helpful.

The engine went on my old car so needed something quick. I was looking around and found a Vauxhall Mokka at North West Trade Centre. The car is going in the garage for a few bits to be sorted under warranty. I would have posted five stars but I’m a still waiting on a new key fob which is on order. The salesperson Mike was not pushy and was very understanding of my situation, really good.

Enjoying the Ford Fiesta, it is a nice car. I can't remember the name of the salesman I dealt with, but he was sound. We had some trouble, as there was no logbook with the car, so we had to go to the post office, although overall it was okay.

I initially bought a Suzuki, which I had to return it to the dealership, but they were kind enough to swap the car completely for a different car for the same value, so I think that process was really good, the comms back and forth originally could have been better but Kieran did a really good job!

Everything is fine with the Dacia Sandero I got from North West Trade Centre, my friend had recommended them too me, the guy I dealt with was awesome, I would recommend them to my friends

North West Trade Centre had the Mini I wanted and I couldn’t find it anywhere else! I did have a issue with the battery and had to get a new one, which they paid for, but it took them a while to pay me back. Other than that, the experience was lush.

I got my Mazda CX-5 from North West Trade Centre. The sale was really straightforward, and when I had an issue with the car, I went back for advice and it’s been fine since. The whole experience was really impressive, to be honest.

I went there due to the price and it was what I was after that was closer to me. The staff were friendly, good customer service. Jake was very approachable.
