The CUPRA Formentor that I purchased has been good, there were a few issues with the entertainment system, but I think I have resolved it now. The guys at CarTime were very good, they were polite and helpful, they took care of all of my needs and I would definitely recommend them. I will most likely buy my next car from them.

I'm happy with the customer service! The only issue I have is when it shows on the dash a service is due in 1200 miles. I spotted the offer Cartime had on the Maxus online, the price of the vehicle, 0% interest and no deposit is what sealed it for me. They were good lads and got everything sorted out, I've already recommended them to a few people.

My old car got wrote off when it snowed so I managed to find the same car on Autotrader for a good price and mileage. The pictures were accurate and Filippo who dealt with me was nice and friendly, answered all my questions.

I don’t live close to Cartime at all and they were nothing but accommodating for me, always asking me if I needed anything I can ask. I was interested because of the price point and the selection of cars too. The only thing I noticed is the colour of the back bumper and the front is slightly different to the car but I seen a lot of others have been having that problem too but that’s the only thing the customer service was second to none, Five stars I rate them very high.

We're happy with the Golf and Pip our salesman was really good, the car we bought was without mats which they fixed, but they weren't official golf mats. However, the team were friendly and were quick to sort everything out. We had a 2009 car, and it went kaput, I was searching on Autotrader and they seemed to have the best diesel car of that mileage, plus they were fairly close by.

The Fiesta I had was getting a little bit too old and just wanted a nicer car, I was looking for a specific Hyundai i20 and they had the spec I wanted with lowest miles and had the best rate. They've got a couple of garages, and I went to the wrong one at first and one of employees took me to the right one and dropped off which was quite nice of him.
