I got a Renault Clio from Concepts Car Credit and the car has been absolutely brilliant. I’ve been really enjoying it and everything’s been fine with it so far. The customer service was outstanding to be fair. My old car had literally fallen to pieces the day before, so I had to get in touch with them straight away, and they were really good from the start. They messaged back straight away and got everything sorted quickly for me, which I really appreciated at the time.

Can't remember the name of the salesman who I dealt with, but he was great and very helpful. Shortly after buying the car, I had to get the battery changed, which I did, and then the dealership reimbursed me for it, which was also helpful, and since then the car has been running fine.

The Skoda Karoq has been good. I was looking online for finance, and then Concept Car Credit rang and said, 'Can I get to Manchester?' so I got the train, and they arranged me a taxi at the station, and the experience buying the car was good.

Enjoying the power with the Audi A4, it's very torquey. In regard to the buying process on the day, it was fantastic, they were kind and helpful, and I've already recommended them to others.

Initially I put my details in online, and it came up with a couple of different dealerships. Concept gave me a call to discuss it. I then went to the dealership, and the salesman was lovely. I would definitely recommend Concept, and the Kia Sportage has been great, I love it and have had no issues ever since the purchase.
