The car has been okay since the purchase, although I did have an issue with the tyre pressure warning light and did find that the aftersales was not great in comparison to how attentive and helpful they were prior to the sale. I had the car delivered to my address, and it was all as described other than the tyre pressure warning light. They have agreed for me to take it to a garage and then will reimburse me for the cost of the repairs.

4. Zero issues. Salesman was lovely and knowledgeable. Helped me with everything I had questions about in the showroom. Was left to explore the car myself which I liked. Easy transaction. My only gripe is that it took a while to get responses for questions I had after I had taken the car but got answers eventually. I understand you are busy selling other people cars but slightly quicker responses would be nicer. However overall it was a great experience.

The car is all running well it’s all okay, I am due to come back in to go over a few things to do with my number plate plus it’s also just been recalled but I'm all booked in for that and its being sorted. I recently got the car because I've just been paid so felt like I should buy something with it, this was just the first one that came up and i looked through reviews which all looked good. Ben's been very helpful, he's answered all the questions I've asked and knows what he's doing!

The Alfa we got is all running well and to be honest we just needed to get rid of our Hyundai I'd had it for a while, so it was time to upgrade. Motortrust are nice and handy for me they're only round the corner, I've used them a few times, they tend to be the dealer I use. Everyone's just really helpful I dealt with Ben and it was just overall good experience

I thought my buying experience at MotorTrust was efficient, straightforward and easy. I don't live far from MotorTrust, so it was convenient. Since I purchased the car, it has been running well with no issues. The only thing that would have pushed my rating to a 5-star would be if it had been a little difficult to organise a test drive.

My experience with MotorTrust was fine, it was a smooth purchase and I would go back! I will say when the car was delivered there was a few scratches but other than that the customer service was good, the guy that delivered the car was lovely. Four stars

It was a really smooth purchase overall with MotorTrust, really good. Thomas was friendly and welcoming. The Vauxhall is running well too. They did everything they said they would, five stars!

The Hyundai is decent, it’s a good car I’m happy with it, solid customer service 4 stars just due to the tyre pressure but it’s being fixed. four stars.

MotorTrust had really nice show rooms it looked smart, The Volkswagen I purchased from them is great, everything is going well. I’m just waiting for the logbook to be sent through but other than that it’s all okay. Kork was amazing he went above and beyond I’m happy with everything.
