The car I originally went for had issues so swapped it for a different car. The people at the dealership were really helpful and nice so nothing negative about them. I got good price for trade in as well. Kieran was brilliant, really great. He was good at his job, genuine and had good customer service, polite and I would recommend to family and friends.

We were quite specific about what car we wanted and needed something big for camping. We looked on Autotrader and North West Trade Centre had one that was available. There was some confusion if the car was available or not and if the Mot had been done. It would have been five stars if not for this problem. We nearly bought elsewhere but John did wonders in getting the car ready for us to test drive & collect the following weekend.

I needed an upgrade and North West Trade Centre had a Peugeot SW, I love it, made up with it. It was good value and a warranty comes with it. I did some research on the reviews beforehand and even though it was a two hour journey on the train I was willing to stick my neck out if customer service is there. I liked the honesty. Stuart picked me up and kept me fully informed, apologising throughout as there was a delay but he bent over backwards to get me the car. The lad who valets the cars did an amazing job aswell.

Very helpful and was not pushy very quick and able to drive away same day.

Everything’s been fine with the car since I drove it away, with no problems at all so far. I found Northwest Trade Centre by googling local garages and looking at reviews around Blackpool, and the Lancaster one had the highest number of reviews and stars. My experience there was really good. I dealt with John, and he was lovely. We had a really good experience with him, and he was fab

I already recommended it to my son, who is going to go there, and a couple of lads at work asked me where I got the car from, so they might be going. I only had one problem when I first got the Kia Sportage, but they got it straight into the garage, fixed it, and I had the car back really quick, so I was really pleased with that. At the dealership, it was absolutely great. Nico, who dealt with me, was absolutely brilliant. He walked around all the cars with me while I was looking for a vehicle, and I can’t fault him at all. He was really nice. I wasn’t left standing around either, and I was offered a cup of coffee straight away.

The Nissan Qashqai has been alright, Jake was fine, and the overall service was okay.

I got a Ford EcoSport from Northwest Trade Center and I’m made up with it, it’s lovely. I had a good experience, but I was a bit surprised by the £250 admin fee as I wasn’t expecting that. I think it should have been added onto the price of the car before advertising it. Aside from that, everything else was fine
