My car is fantastic, spot on. We saw it on the web so after making an appointment we went over to see it. The staff were good lads and I was appreciative of everything but they were very busy on the day so there was a slight wait to test drive the car but they looked after us. As soon as they were free they were able to process it all. Matt knew his stuff. I would return.

No issues with the VW Touareg. They are nice guys at the dealership. I went there based on how they treat their customers, their flexibility and the communication. Jack was very nice. It was my 1st time dealing with them and I’ve already recommended them.

I’m happy with the car. The only issue I had was some small issues which weren’t dealt with when they said they would fix it but Matt was alright, they have been kind.

Looking for Macan Diesel ,Phantom Motors had correct spec . , Im from the Island of Lewis far up in Scotland so it was all over the Phone , They put the car through the workshop and found a couple of general issues which they sorted . Felt confident with the phone conversations with Jack the sales man . Went to pick the Macan and it was as described , super pleased . My 500mile journey back home was most enjoyable and no issues with the Macan . So many thanks to all at Phantom Motors

Vehicle is good but i'm still waiting for a fault being repaired under the warranty. This will be our third car we bought in one year. Only negative is they they knocked some of money off my trade it but apart from that everything was good. They have nice stock and the sale guy Longin was great.

My brother used to do car transport and saw some of the cars Phantom stocked, and the customer service reviews they had so recommended them to me. I dealt with Alistair when buying the Audi A3 he was great, I couldn’t ask for anymore it was all brilliant
