From the moment of arriving I was cared for and looked after as if I was their only customer. The communication is strong and updates were given regularly keeping me fully in the loop. This time I purchased an Astra and as expected the car is exactly what I hoped for, its even better than advertised, much more character and some great modern features. Couldn't be happier with the my new Vauxhall Astra, its the perfect car for me, I've loved getting used to it and figuring everything out. The customer service was fantastic, it was initially all done over email and phone as I live quite far away. I bought the car before seeing it and then went to pick up when it was all ready. The car was as described when collecting and nice and clean. I part exchanged my old car in, it was an easy transaction and I got a good price. I was even given tea and biscuits while we waited which was an added bonus 😊 I would definitely return in the future.
