I went to them because I saw a Mercedes online, and it was beautiful. When I got there, I was sceptical because of my past experience, but the team was so friendly and welcoming that I could breathe a sigh of relief very soon after I arrived. The Mercedes was a perfect upgrade for me, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the team got everything sorted out for me. Essex Prestige has certainly restored my faith in car dealerships.❤️
