The car wasn't prepped as displayed. Poor communication from the sales team both during the buying process and post purchase. The only reason why I've given 3 is that the complaints team resolved my concerns within an acceptable time frame.

On the whole it was good experience, I cant fault it. I haven't had to go back with any issues with the car yet which is good! Azhar was spot on. Nice, friendly, he knew and liked his cars, and there was no pressure to buy either which was appreciated.

The car has been fine so far - but I haven't received the V5 yet which means I can't use all of the features of the car. The process, everything else was bang on. Bradleys service was good, transparent, clear and I understood where he was coming from.
