I have been trying to track one down in the right color and price and I just happed to be passing by Cartime in Bury, I knew someone that works there and he let me know they would have one coming in soon. He is loving the car!

The Cupra is brilliant and I'm really happy with it. I found the car initially Autotrader and then got passed to Gareth, he was good but I did find it difficult to get hold of him sometimes and had to send multiple texts to get through on occasion. But when I went to the dealership I did see that he was really busy so felt he did get back to me as soon as he could.

I found the car on Autotrader and I liked the look of it, the description of it and thought it was a good buy. Sales staff were nice, caring, good team. Good communication, they sorted it pretty quickly, took over two days. Car was nice and ready on collection.

The car is running absolutely fine, I just felt there was a few things which weren't explained to me fully. When I collected the car there was a service light on even though the car was meant to be serviced before I collected it but Mohammad was a nice lad and the service was still really quick.

I wanted the very quickly as I was without a car and Cartime managed to get the turn around done for me. The Volvo XC60 is ok, however there is an issue with the rear door seal however it is getting replaced. The communication from the after sales department has not been the greatest as I’ve had to chase them a couple of times. Andre was very good, very informative and helpful.

Ollie was just absolutely outstanding through all the sales process and everything. I found the car online and chose Cartime because of how impressed I was with the price and communication from them. Only thing I can say is I wished it came with at least half a tank of fuel but they did give us some discount which was really helpful and they delivered it to me right on time. I would give it a six out of five!

I’ve been hugging Autotrader for about 2 months trying to find a deal and I found the pricing for the VW Golf to be spot on! The team at Rochdale is very good, co-operative and made it a good experience. I think my advice for improvement moving forwards would be to have someone who could evaluate the car and if there’s something that is needed to be done, then that would be good as it would save time for myself.

Really happy with the Audi A1. I just wanted an upgrade, and I found a lot of options to choose from with Cartime. The process with them was really quick & easy, I wasn’t expecting it to be that quick. Mohammad was really helpful and ensured I was really happy with everything.

The Skoda has not missed a beat since I had it. The calls were fantastic and the whole process was nice and easy. Paul was a great guy and as I said to him, if I need another car in a few years I would return to Cartime to buy it.

Love the car and very happy with the it. It makes me feel young again. I like Japanese cars and looked at Toyota Yaris Cross hybrid due to running costs. Saw it online as they are thin on the ground. Couple of niggles I would have liked to have been explained to me prior to buying buy overall i'm happy. Oliver was very good. He was on the ball and kept in touch. I felt bait overwhelmed with the new technology but he went through everything with me.
