My experience at North West Trade Centre was, quick and easy, I was shopping around online and came across them, I’d recommend them to anyone!

Good service, no issues. 5/5 for me

I wasn’t looking for a Jaguar in particular, but the one at North West Trade Centre caught my eye, and it’s a nice car to be fair, even lovely there was a issue with the MOT there were a couple of advisories, but I don’t think they legally have to mention them, either way it wasn’t enough to stop me going back there in the future, I’d award them five!

My experience at North West Trade Centre was fabulous, as a first time buyer it was a bit intimidating, but they explained all the processes really well! I do think they could of been more clearer on their website in regards to financing but I don't think that is their fault

I was specifically looking for a Audi A3 after owning one previously, they good reliable cars, I saw that North West Trade Centre had one after looking on auto trader for weeks, and it seemed to fit the bill! It did need quite a few things doing to it unfortunately, but I got them resolved myself. The staff were brilliant and so friendly

I haven’t really driven the Vauxhall insignia much as I am still learning to drive, however my experience at the dealership was good, very straightforward, I was a bit scepitcal about the MOT but once someone looked over it there was no hassle.

The BMW X3 is exactly what you’d expect for the price, I didn’t see a advertisement went in the lot saw it, liked it and bought it, the service and everything was nice, the only issues was aa “processing fee” that wasn’t previous mentioned, however he guy I dealt with was very polite. Other than that everything else was fine! Everything would have been a five if it weren’t for the fee, very happy with the car
