I was in the market for a specific Porsche Panamera, and I was struggling to find one until I came across one at Essex Prestige. Before making the 2-hour trip up to view the car, I did call up and ask all the questions I felt were necessary when enquiring about a car. Once I was happy with all the answers to my questions, I made the trip up. There was no hard sell, and I could look around the car at my own pace. The team also let me and my friend take it out on a test drive on our own, which was a nice touch because it allowed me to get a real feel for the car. Once I got back to the test drive, I went with it and arranged for it to be delivered. I'm happy with the car and the service; I will 100% return here in the future.

I was made to feel very welcomed when I stepped foot in the dealership, which was a good first impression since I haven't purchased a car from here before. I felt that any questions I had about the cars, I could approach anyone, and they would be able to answer all my questions. It was especially nice to know that I wasn't being pressured to buy a car.

After my van exploded, I was in the market for a new van. After getting in touch with Nick, he was more than happy to help and get the ball rolling to get a new van. I did see a van that I was happy with but as I was waiting for the money to come into my account from my previous van, I was worried that it was going to be sold before then. Nick came to the rescue and held the van for 3 weeks which he didn't have to do but he really saved me. Great service from him.

Just perfect from this dealership. It was the first time I had visited this company, and everything was perfect, from start to finish. Nick was bang on and was really helpful with the sales process. My partner is looking for a new car at the moment so we are going to have pop in at some point towards the end of the month and see what they have in stock.
