Everything is going well with the Nissan X-Trail I got from Concept Car Credit, there was a breakdown in communication during the purchase and a delay on the day with the handover which added to my journey from Coventry. They did refund me the exact money of the train ticket and Uber. The people at the dealership were nice to deal with.

I’m enjoying the Seat Ateca I got from Concept Car Credit, there is a noise that starts when I start the car in the morning but I haven’t raised this with them yet. The dealership were great, very quick I think I was there all of 45 minutes.

I’m enjoying the Volkswagen T-Roc I got from Concept Car Credit, I have three kids so it does look a bit squashed in the back but it’s a lovely car. The people at the dealership were easy to get along with and answered every question we had, the whole process was quick and easy

I did a google search and found Concept Car Credit. The paperwork was quick. Staff were great. Samantha was spot on. Overall it was straight forward, easy process.

So easy to apply and I was so happy to have been accepted. I've already recommend them. I needed a car for my job and getting the message from them was a god send. A friend of mine suggested I get a car on finance. Concept Car Credit gave me a call saying they could do it as I was knocked back elsewhere. I went over to see the cars, told them I was looking for Audi/BMW and saw the Audi Convertible, that was it, forget the rest, all done in one day and back in time for a pint. I have already recommended them to friends.

The car I got is amazing. This was my first time using Concept Car Credit. Sam dealt with me, I couldn’t fault her. She gave me a courtesy call the day after her day off to make sure everything was ok which meant a lot. They can't do enough for you, it felt genuine. They sorted all the paperwork out and got my tax in order. I’d give them 20/10 if I could. I’ll be calling Sam to get the warranty in place and I cant wait till in two years when I go back and swap the car because I know they’ll look after me again

No messing about. They dealt with everything I needed them to and had the car I wanted, I couldn’t really argue. Car is excellent. I’ve used them before along time ago and I thought last time was good but this time was even better. The sales people there are really good, pointing me in the right direction and telling me what I could get and that was it. I collected the car after my holiday and it was ready to go before I was, all ready to go.

There was a bit of a fuss at the start, the car needed a small fix but it got sorted and the cars alright. It was a quick process to get the finance arranged. I was confident with them as a mate bought a car from there. Staff were sound.

I used them a few years ago when I got my first car so just renewed the finance. Nice and easy process to arrange the finance and it was sorted the same day. I did have an issue with the car but they got it sorted. I would recommend Concept Car Credit.
