The truth is I wanted a new car and thought, 'Why not?' I went for the Cupra Formentor and have been enjoying it. Nathan was the lad I dealt with, and he was sound, he let me go out for a test drive. I already knew it was the car I wanted. 4.5 stars for my experience

5 very happy with the service

I previously had a Citroën C3 Picasso, so I was looking for another one. The customer service was good, although the car did have a small issue, which did take a while to get repaired and was delayed a few more days, so based on that, I would give it 4 stars.

The Mazda seems fine so far, my old car had stopped working after running it until it died. After a search there wasn't a car that was as good as this one. That said there's was a few things I was unhappy about, I didn't walk away with a full service history and there was also an issue with the seats, which MotorTrust have said they would sort the payments for which they did. However the car is in good nick it had an MOT and service before I left with it. The team there were also very informative and helpful.

Everything is all running well with my Jaguar I Pace, I wanted something a little greener and electric, it seemed like a good fit, my old car was also getting quite old and needed replacing. Motortrust had a good range of cars, and Connor was brilliant, he kept me informed, made things really easy and followed up as there were a few things needed tweaking after I'd taken delivery, like the car mats and he sorted it all out. The only thing was the valet could've been a bit better and cleaner, particularly the interior. But it wasn't anything to do with Connor, he was smashing!

We needed an upgrade, as we have had an old car for a very long time, so we decided to get the Dacia Sandero, which we have had no problems with since the purchase. The salesman was lovely and friendly. There was some paintwork that needed touching up which unfortunately didn't get done, but other than that, it was all great.

Ben was really helpful face to face and over the phone, he kept me up to date throughout, which I appreciated. The only thing I would have hoped to happen differently is that there were some marks on the door, I would have liked for them to have been repaired to a higher standard, but other than that, I am really happy with my purchase.

Purchased a Peugeot a few months back, it was a easy and quick purchase. There was no delays and the car was ready for when we wanted it. It was cleaned nicely. the only thing was that there was no water in the screen washer on collection of vehicle.

All of the buying process was done online, we spoke to a gentleman on the phone whose name I can't remember, but they were good and quick at getting back to us with information. We actually bought the car for one of our long serving staff members, and I know he is really happy with the car.

We came across MotorTrust on CarGurus. We bought the car for my daughter's 17th birthday, so we haven't driven it yet, as her birthday is in a few weeks, but everyone at the dealership cracked on and did what they needed to do. happy id give it 4 stars.
