Gary was a lovely guy and sound. The whole sales process went smoothly without any issues. I went with the Merc CLA as I'm 6ft2 and the Kia Picanto was a bit small for me. The 1.3 engine in the Mercedes made it a small increase in power, which is good for insurance.

I was looking on Autotrader and saw some nice cars listed. I lived locally, so I came in with no appointment to have a look at the cars. When I got there, they were helpful and showed me around a couple of cars straight away. I dealt with Jack, who I found out lives near me as well, him and his colleagues were absolutely fantastic. The Range Rover Velar is absolutely brilliant, and my wife absolutely loves it!

I'm getting along really well with the Hyundai I20, I had to wait around a bit as I arrived a couple hour early. Other than that everything was pretty smooth and Longin was very good.

The Range Rover Sport is sound, its all hunky dory, it’s a lovely car. There was a bit of an issue which I had to resolve via the warranty, they took a week to replace the discs and pads. The atmosphere was very sound they were very friendly and professional.

The Audi S5 has been flawless, I’m super happy with it! When I was looking around, I really liked the Spec on the car, the fact that I could insure it quite cheaply even though it’s a fast car. Overall the a lot of cars Phantom has in stock have really good specs. Both Longin and Jack were really supportive and done their jobs without being pushy. Their phones were ringing nonstop with how busy they were so it was a bit hard to reach them via the phone sometimes. However, they were just really good throughout the sale process.

Phantom had the right make, model and spec I was looking for. The Golf R has been good, initially there was a bit of paintwork that needed fixing, after going through the complaints process it was resolved by Phantom. My experience with Jack during the sales process was perfect.
