I would rate the service a 5. Shariq was extremely helpful. I was organising on behalf of my dad and we have never brought from a further away garage. I was unaware that it could be delivered and viewed with no obligations. This was all clear and extremely informative. We were really reassured there was no pressure if we did not want to proceed. The quality of the car was brilliant and exactly how described. The driver they used to deliver was also extremely polite and helpful. He also never made us feel rushed! Overall I couldn't knock the experience and customer service we were given. I was that happy I've referred a friend and family member for future purchase when they are ready. Thank you all again

4. I like the car a lot I searched for ages to find the right one, when I got in contact they were accommodating and helpful, when the finance was approved it went smoothly, my only thing is they never told me it came with one key until I picked up the car which was a tad disappointing so I would say 4

I recently purchased an Audi A3 as a luxury to myself. I don’t use it too much, but when I do, I’ve been really enjoying it. It’s a great car, and I haven’t had any problems with it. The team at the dealership answered all my questions and had great communication, which was nice to experience. I wasn’t left waiting around to be seen or assisted with the purchase. Overall, it has been a good experience.
