One of the best dealerships I have ever encountered, from start to finish they were immaculate! It was Rhiana who helped me out and she was incredible, such a nice girl, got everything in order and did everything she could to provide their prestige service. The Mercedes is absolutely incredible, such a gorgeous car, couldn't have been netter! If I could give them 6 stars I would!

The GLC is lovely, I really really like it. Reis was a good lad, helped me out a good amount during the sale. The pricing on my part ex could've been a bit fairer but apart from that, it was a 5* experience on the whole.

Without a doubt I will be using Essex Prestige again, they are brilliant. Nick was a great guy, he did really well, he kept within the budget but found the right car for us with all the spec we were after. As part of the deal they serviced the car for us as well so it couldn't have been much better really. The CLA is amazing, we absolutely love it. Definitely recommend Essex Prestige.

No complications or delays, everything was done perfectly. Rhiana was a great help, everything went through so smoothly it was like the easiest purchase I have made. The X6 has been perfect, somebody did bump into me the other day sadly, but apart from that, it is top notch!
