Haydn was amazing, he really helped me through the finance process, and was really handy. Really chuffed with the new Seat. Had an issue with the battery, but they’re waiting on me to drop it in so they can sort it for me, it’s just about finding the time. I part exchanged my old car and can’t lie I feel like I got a really fair price for my car.

Ponko is actually round the corner from me, so it was about time I go. I didn’t realise what hybrid actually meant for a car, so I’m still learning my way around the car, as a lot of the functions are unknown to me. But I’m still getting on well. They were really helpful and friendly, they were genuine and down to earth, so cannot ask for anything more. I don’t give anyone full marks, so would give them 4 for sure.

Everything is going well, I think so anyways nothing is falling apart, so cannot complain haha. Found them on Autotrader, and thankfully the car looked like the pictures, so I wasn’t dealing with any hidden shocks or surprises. James was really helpful, he was just all in one. Absolute 10/10 guy.

They were nice and straightforward and had all then information ready to give to me. They were really helpful, answering all my questions, telling me all about the car. Brought the Hyundai for my wife to drive around in as she works as a carer. Had the same car before, but it was a little bit older. The car is running great for her, so no complaints. And it was a really good experience. They were really easy and helpful, and we were straight in and straight out. However, we are easy customers to be fair. They delivered the car to us, and it was properly valeted. The salesman, Anthony was really helpful, and was really on the ball. He phoned us when it was ready, and just kept us up to date.

Big shoutout to Ponko for my new Audi. First time visit but everything was great. They had all the paperwork to me on time, including the logbook, which is a bonus, because a lot of dealerships take months to get the logbook sent. Came across them online, while looking for the car I wanted, and stumbled upon these guys. Thankfully, the car matched up to how the pictures looked online. Asa was amazing, he was really polite and really nice. He told me everything I needed to know about the car, went through everything. Explained the warranty, he was just great.
