Communicated with a gentleman over the phone after finding the Ford Ranger on Autotrader. I can't remember his name, but he was great, he made the whole process smooth and easy for me. I didn't visit the dealership, it was all done over the phone, and then it was delivered to me as described.

Jason took his time with the test drive, and everything he said would be done was completed on time. The service was very good throughout. I was specifically looking for the MG on Auto Trader. We have a few people in the family who are taxi drivers and recommended Birchwood to them.

The Fiat 500 is for my daughter, she has just started driving. It is a great motor. We went down to the Birchwood Motor Centre, they were brilliant, no pressure. I would 100% recommend them. If I were ever to get a new car, I'd buy a motor from them.

The customer service at Birchwood Motor Centre was very good, and the staff were nice. I've been getting on okay with the car other than an intermittent issue with the gearbox, which I have contacted them about. I would still give them five being the best.

Have been getting on okay with the Mg that we bought from Birchwood Motor Centre. We are going to get someone to have a look at the A/C and then contact the dealership if there is an issue. Everything on the day of the purchase was very good, and we would give it Five out of five!
