I was in need of a bigger car and I was in-between An A3 but went for the Q3 as it waws higher which I liked, touchwood everything so far is good with it. I found BVG on Autotrader and found there advert perfect it had lots of details and if I needed more I could just give them a call, which I ended up doing and it was perfect, they were brilliant and couldn't ask for better to be fair.

BVG had the sort of deal I was looking for with the right mileage. I got the car through finance and the guys there were great. It was more of the case it was the car for me, but the process was great.

The Kia Ceed from BVG is alright, no issues to report. The attitude of the personnel was okay, they greet you, allow time to test the car, things like this so it was good. Because they were different people around helping, I'm not 100% sure on there name but I would said it's a perfect service, probably if I needed to I'd use them again.

I've previously had 3 series so wanted to stay with something familiar, I ended up finding one online at BVG, the advert was quite specific which gave me reassurance. When I was in touch with the dealership Shah was helping me and he was brilliant, he was very professional and efficient throughout. My only reason for not giving the full marks was that the car wasn't very clean, but that said since having the car everything with the BMW is brilliant!

Practically perfect

Nothing specific made me buy from BVG, I just found them on a random Autotrader search. Jay the salesman's service was good, not bad communication from his end. Toyota Auris is going alright. 👍🏻

It was all 100% with BVG, it all went very smoothly with them. No issues overall with my experience.
