Concept Car have been really good! I initially had a different car than the Renault Megane. However, I realised I couldn't afford it. Jamie was great and ever so helpful. Within a couple of day found the Megane for me and arranged for the swap-over to happen.

I initially saw the Citroen C4 Grand Picasso listed on Auto Trader and decided to have a look in person. Everything was brilliant, the Citroen and the Concept car. Gaz has been amazing, whenever I had any kind of question, he answered it right away for me.

The Citroen is good as gold. The only slight issue I’ve found is that the air con blows hot air, as I think it needs regassing. We found this out when we were driving back from the dealership in the 37 °C heatwave with my pregnant wife. The whole credit side of the deal was quite easy, to be honest, everything went quite well. I was out of the country at the time, so the final part didn’t go through until I returned. The sales bloke I dealt with was good at working around my situation when he realised I was abroad.

The Hyundai I30 is a lovely car! However, there is a small ticking noise coming from somewhere. Concept Car has told me to have a local garage look at it. Jami was very good, he did everything he could and went above and beyond to sort everything out for me. If I had a chance in the future, I would come back to Concept Car for another car.

I love the A class! I It has been brilliant. I could not have asked for anything better! Gaz over at Concept Car has also been really good, He kept us informed during the whole process and made everything really swift. I would definitely go back to Concept Car in the future.

We went for a petrol SUV but ended up with a diesel. We explained we don't do the distance for a diesel but got told it would be fine, so we felt a little pressured. In the future, it would be good if they came down with keys for multiple cars so I could have had more of a choice. Other than that, the salesman was really helpful. I have bought from Concept before, I still have the Focus ST from them.

Gaz was a pleasure to deal with there was no pressure he went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted two days before our baby was due . He even managed to give us a great price on our car . 16 years buying cars and I’ve never had a deal run as smooth . Highly recommend! Thanks again gaz

Everything was fine. The Seat Leon has been absolutely perfect. I’ve wanted one for a while and haven't had one before. Mark explained everything very well and kept in contact with me.

The sales experience was very good. Samantha was amazing, and she made everything very easy. I came down from Cumbria for the Seat Ibiza, and she made the whole transition very easy.
